  What "decoloniality mindset" has former President Akuffo-Addo?
  This is the same person who, like the proverbial slave-looking-for-a-master, was "crying" in front of Macron that sovereign Burkina had engaged the services of the Wagner group in its fight against terrorists. The same willing neo-colonial-minded midget who negotiated our sovereignty away and allowed US military contractors visa-less access at will to our international airport and country!
  
  And by the way, not surprising that you see nothing wrong with the illegal naming of our airport in honor of the leading mercenary whose sole achievement was the overthrow-for-pay by foreign powers of the Osagyefo, our Liberator!

  Ghana railway collapsed and it collapsed under the guidance and advice of the World Bank.
  The Indian man that the World Bank send to Ghana to cure the Ghana Railway Corporation was a coursemate of a Ghanaian who was then working as an engineer in the company.
  The Ghanaian who is no more was far ahead of the Indian when it was time or theory and practicals.
  So the question to ask is why the government of Ghana, or those in charge of receiving all sorts of "experts" from the Bretton Wood Institution did not nominate the Ghanaian for that post.
  I remember a company that employed a white graduate of Accra Technical Training Centre (ATTC), but did not employed his Ghanaian coursemate who was better than him.
  I remember my own experience, when a government official accused me of not doing a proper synchrone translation on telecommunication items, but was of the view that a white man would have done better.

  Some Ghanaians at times refer to Lee Kuan You a former Prime Minister of Malaysia who ruled that country with a one party state mandate, just like Opheih Borgne the former president of Ghana.
  But the same people claim that Kwame Nkrumah was evil because he also declared Ghana a one party state in 1964.
  Lee Kuan You came to Ghana to take palmnut to Malaysia and today Malaysia is a palmnut oil producing country in the world.
  The fact is that some of our ministers have been in South East Asia but have not brought anything back to show for it.
