  Monthly workers Attendance XL sheet created and signed by every worker, denoting every day of the actual months, how many hours worked, holidays period must be noted, sick day must be noted official trek or traveling days noted. This sheet must be submitted to the HR by 20th-25th of every for actual salary calculation. This may solve the ghost names as no two workers signature can be the same.
