This 'winner-takes-all' Constitution is an insult to every Ghanaian, given that it emanates from an era where we had a domineering or despotic leader who enshrined his contemptuous dictates or commands into the supreme law of the land. Otherwise, how do you explain a hybrid constitution that compromises the checks on the executive by appointing half of the cabinet ministers from parliament that are supposed to check on them?
Is a hybrid Constitution a confused Constitution, and don't we risk ambiguity and complexities? Furthermore, the disrespectful document has made the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice the same person. Can you believe such audacity? Talk about conflict of interest and tying hands. The ex-P/NDC leader or executive also makes over 6K appointments and retired with over seventeen assortments of vehicles and other perks, apart from his salary. Thanks to the stupid Constitution, his successor reduced the seventeen assortments of vehicles to ten and other perks. The MPs choose when to declare their assets and liabilities, but they are not published or monitored. Ghanaians have enough gumption to invite competent players to represent us in our pastimes, like the Black Stars in soccer tournaments. However, when it comes to material meritocracy like ROPAA, although the law has been enacted, we are waiting for its implementation. However, our fraudulent, ex-gratia-taking political class or MPs say not so fast for qualified, competent representation from abroad, except in soccer. Thanks to the same offensive document of the land, uncompleted projects are lettered across the country. The economy is highly informal, and the Ghana Card doesn't have one's House/Building or Residential address, Apt#, FL #, Area Name/Zip Code, Region Name, Email address, or Fingerprint on it, coupled with BlockChain to forestall any miscreant intention. The absence of comprehensive information could hinder efforts toward effective identification and integration within the formal economic system.
Finally, there are over two hundred articles that need immediate amendments. However, if we do amend them by piecemeal, we are looking at eternity to accomplish such a feat. So why not write a new Constitution for efficiency and efficacy purposes?

Thanks to the same offensive '92 Constitution, there are now uncompleted projects littered nationwide because of the absence of a national development plan or coherence, consistency, and continuity. If we had such a master national development plan, all successive governments could choose which 40 percent they want to develop in their four-year tenure so that their peers can evaluate them.
