  If you go to court and you are innocent the judges will say so, Ayine is not a Judge if he was sure the man was innocent he would have allowed the Judges to rule on the matter. All those who have their cases withdrawn by Ayine will still carry that corrupt baggage because no court of competent jurisdiction cleared them. What has happened is The Mother Serpent of Clearance (to borrow Martin Amidu words) clearing their political friends.

  In banking whoever sanctions a payment is responsible and can be held. A payment can take three or four people until it is sanctioned and each will be held. That is the norm. Procedure is your protection. Honestly if the money is recovered or not if the process is wrong you are liable. Think about if the amount sanctioned bankrupted the nation?
  In all honesty the president could have find other persons in his party who have no issues we are talking about. We hope he does a great job for our country. Consider if some of his other old colleagues still work there?
