  What is the meaning of "Political neutrality"? I do not believe in people who profess of being politically neutral for instance, in Ghana, we have people who support NPP, NDC and the other political parties but for one to tell me that, quote, "I am politically neutral", is an insult to the highest order and it cast an everlasting demeaning posture on them.
  
  Professor Gyampoh, a fierce critic of NPP has been given a political appointment which he had accepted wholeheartedly but in reality, does he deserve it? In any country where the rule of law is paramount, Gyampoh would be languishing in jail for the role he played in the "Sex for grades" saga. Mahama sees Gyampoh as a political friend for criticizing NPP, so he has to reward him with some mouth-watering position.
  
  That said, I do not believe in people who see themselves as politically neutral because there is nothing like that.
