  In whatever we do our country must come first. Whatever the situation is you must fight for a better economy in your country than going to help developed countries to make their economies better whiles yours remains a shithole according to President Donald Trump.
  In September 1983 I was almost deported from the country in which I studied in Europe. The immigration officer who visited me to examine if I have a visa to stay said that I must go to the university authorities to extend my stay for another month.
  At the time he visited me my wife had gone to the village to met her father whom she has not meet before leaving my daughter with me.
  So it was my daughter Hope who saved me from not being deported. She was a year and four months old then.
  I was given the tag of an enemy of PNDC and was subject to arrest at the Kotoka International Airport.
  I decided to spent years in prison in my own country, than to work as a slave in another country.
  So I returned to Ghana on 30th October, 1983 expecting to be hauled to the BNI from the airport.
  However through my studies, I prepare myself for that eventuality, and to have the wits of the brain with the security services of my country. I was well aware that I may end up dead, or the PNDC will also met its death.
  My luggage was checked without any fuss, so was my passport. That tension in me was relieved. I then too a taxi and with my luggages went to Accra-New Town. When I arrived home I told my mother what I anticipated, but did not happened.
  On 31st October, 1983 a comrade suggested to me that the PNDC is searching for Volta Regional Deputy Secretary, which I declined to without hesitation.
  The state security services want to keep me out from the country for sometime. So on 30th November, 1983 I was enplaned to Havana, Cuba for a course.
  I love Ghana than myself, to end all what transpired here.
