We don't have to rely on mobile companies services when i come to mobile payments. They take too much profits while the government gets just a fraction for developmental projects. Let me use China as an example. A country of 1.4 billion people have ONLY 3 mobile service providers. None of them does anything related to mobile money. China rely on WeChat, Alipay, and very few ones that are linked to these apps for mobile transfer and payments so almost nobody carry or use paper money or physical money. And most transactions are free. Transfers attract a charge of only 0.01%. How about Ghana??
The armed robberies and the attacks and robberies on in our homes and on our roads will immediately stop because nobody carries money when moving around. Now almost every modern cars, motor and electric bike are operated remotely by our phones. This make stealing 90+% impossible.
Lets make use of out tech very well because very few selfish companies are milking Ghana from the poor ones.
