J B Danquah was UGCC and he was defeated by his Nephew pupil Teacher at Akyem Abuakwa in the 1954 elections-Go to the History bDepartment of the University of Ghana and even Winneba. There is NOTHING LIKE THE BIG SIX. They are ALL LIES OF THE AKYEM MAFIA. The Ashantis were part of the Dr Kwame Nkrumah CPP and when Nkrumah was using the Ashanti farmers cocoa money to develop the Northern Ghana, the Ashantis broke off from the CPP to form the United Party-UP. The UP Leader as Dr K A Busia because at that time- the Ashanti Region included the present Ashanti and ALL the Brong Regions. So Busia was from Wenchi and we the Ashantis choose them, The NPP needs restructuring but NOT with Bawumia and NAPO. NAPO is an Akyem. NAPO mother is from Akyem. We will NOT ACCEPT any Akyem STOOGES. WHAT IS THE POPULATION OF AKYEM ABUAKWA FOR THEM TO RULE US ASHANTIS? ARE YOU MAD? There WAS NO BIG SIX. OFF>

  These are rather vague suggestions. The only suggestion that makes practical sense here is the embracing inclusivity. Accept that the npp is Akan party with too much tribalism there. To the extent that a whole president would visit the victims of a township that have been deliberately submerged with flood from the Akosombo Dam and said he wouldn't have been there if he were to look at the fact that they didn't vote for him. The npp is made up of self-centred individuals. Such people should all be removed from prominence. Npp members made looting their aim to win power. Now the love of the party more than Ghana mentality and their belief that there shouldn't be any apolitical person; ''if you're not for us then you're against us'' attitude. The whole party is a dirty smelly shit. Embark on a complete restructuring of every aspect of the party. Take years to do that and come out as a unified and non-tribalistic party. Of course, don't ever feature Bawumia and Napo as your frontmen else the defeat of the party would be worse than in the 2024.

  The biggest problem of the NPP is the personalities in charge of the party and the way they imposed the flagbearer. Decision making in the party was skewed against some leading members. Then those in government also made decisions that angered even the party's strong holds. By 2016 a lot of inroads were made in the non-strong holds like the North and even Volta and Oti. By government squandered that and even the Ashanti region hold. How did that happen? The persons you put in charge of the party and in government damaged the party. Why will someone and family who lost his job through the banking sector cleanup or a person who suffered DDEP with his family in tow vote NPP? TBC.

Very few people are given money, TVs, Fridges, motorcycles to mention only a few to select candidates who can pay more money etc, and you expect the masses to vote such people? In your dreams! Allow everyone who holds the party’s membership card to be part of the process. This will help the use of money to select candidates.
