  No military should apologise to anyone. Its about time people begin to appreciate that the military is not the police they disrespect so much. What were they doing on someone's property? The Obuasi township is a result of the AGC getting a lease of that land for mining from the Adansi Traditional Stool. That place technically belong to the AGC (now AGA). No one is an indigene from that place. Why can they not understand that and let the AGA be? If all Ghanaians get up and say the gold belong to Ghana so we are going to go there and demand our portion what will be the result? They leased the land and develop Obuasi if you do not like the place no one is asking them to stay there. These lawlessness must not be entertained at all. We should all learn a lesson from this disaster and let peace be. Will the apology bring back the lives?
