Unfortunately, the article sheds light on the questionable track record of past commissioners, whose appointments seemed to prioritize political allegiance over industry expertise. This perception undermines the commissioner's role, reducing it to a mere retirement package rather than a position dedicated to serving the best interests of the insurance industry.
The current possible nominees appear exceptionally qualified for the position. It is imperative that the most suitable candidate is selected as commissioner, one who can move the industry forward and benefit the insurance sector as a whole.

The achievements she has under her belt speak volumes. This misconception and defamation which you know in your heart are false are baseless.Leadership is not about pleasing everyone but making right decisions and demonstrating values through consistent performance. You know about her excellent performance.
This is an unnecessary and unfair criticism at her which I feel it’s important to highlight her achievements and contributions.
She has not performed exceptionally by chance but years of hard work, dedication and proven success.
She has consistently demonstrated her leadership and expertise from Tema Marketing, deputy area manager and substantive area manager in Takoradi, back to Tema as the area manager and now in Kumasi as the area manager.
She has been to all the places you can name and has excelled.
As you are aware, she is not someone who holds just a title BUT she has experience and knowledge to back it up. It is settled!
An area manager is far more than interpreting policies, but understanding the nuances of marketing and navigating through challenges which she has done and still doing successfully.
I understand that feelings of jealousy or envy can cloud judgement but it’s crucial to keep mute instead of tearing down others.
She’s earned it all.
It’s God who ultimately decides who ascends to leadership and I think she deserves the recognition she’s receiving.
You can not stand her because her charisma far outweighs your timidity.
Thank God for people like you who make us delve into successful people to encourage us emulate.
Until then, Mr or Miss, get a life and stop being selfish.
Yourself, children ….. will never rise to this.
