    Mahama cannot renegotiate the deal strategically . Secondly, how will he deal with the pensions and the external creditors who have already made some painful concessions?

    You can negotiate all you want, the IMF is not there to develop Ghana. It is there to help you consume more foreign goods, so that they can help with your balance of payments. Period. GET THIS POINT IN YOUR COCONUT HEAD
