  Will you have a reason cogent to vote the next time?
  In order words, will you open your door to known thieves?
  Until the stealing stops, and OUR resources are used to put income into the pockets of ALL Ghanaians, it will get worse.

  I perfectly understand your sentiment KA NA WU, and very much appreciate the fact that there are upstream behavioral changes that must take place among the political elites to steer up the desired attitudinal change we want to see among the voting population. It suggests that the incidence of voter apathy is multi faceted but the import of this article is to draw the attention of appropriate stakeholders on the fact that approaching the issue of voter apathy lackadaisically like we have always done won't change the trend. Instead, employing effective strategies, like social marketing strategies outlined in this writeup will. As for the greediness of these politicians we will have to address that in another article.
