  Thank you sir. But apart from the numerous problems you listed, you never made mention of headmasters and their matrons collaborating to steal the food meant for the students as one of the problems.. It is a fact that many teachers ,headteachers and matrons hate the free shs because the program does not enrich them. Over the years students have been demonstrating and sometimes burning school property because of food which is served them.Yet they were paying fees. By your logic boarding school should be the preserve for the rich. The poor man's child should never get the opportunity to enter the so called grade 'A' Schools if the person lives in the village. The poor in the society is grateful to you sir. Some of us knew this agenda setting scheme long before the voting so we are not surprise. Sir , i know you are not an independent minded person. Stop pretending. You are one of those who believe that the rich must go to school at expense of the poor. Sir , do you know that some parents are still not able to send their Wards to school in face of the wholesale free shs? You teachers want to charge PTA, EXTRA CLASSES,EXAMS FEES,UTILITY FEES ETC so you can have the opportunity to enrich yourselves. Now the opportunity is here. please grab it.Talking about progressively free, whose ward should stay home till the E Blocks are completed?
