  It's just like NPP in Ghana, shouting from the rooftop about democracy, but whiles in power tampling on all the rights of citizens. Remember when John Kufuor and current President then Attorney General Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, though lawyers and the judiciary said an act enacted must take retrospective effect, contrary to the United Nations Convention on Human Rights and Ghana's 1992 constitution.
