In the eight years that Bawumia and his NPP have been running Ghana's government, why have they never stepped forward to address the plight of dialysis patients? Why has steering wheel dancing clown Aplanke Bawumia waited till now to shameless use dialysis patients as pawns in his NPP's hallucination on breaking the 8?
