How can the NPP embrace the Fourth Industrial Revolution when it can't even deliver on its promise of district factories? Can't embrace the Fourth Industrial Revolution when your NPP flagbearer Aplanke Bawumia can't even arrest the cedi. Can't embrace the Fourth Industrial Revolution with a track record of failed NPP failed policies and a double-talking Aplanke Bawumia spitting out digitalized deceptions.
