He's refers to the situation prevalent in Ghana and how's your allusion pertinent to this position? How many students go out of Ghana, and how do you follow the performance of those who go out? A good portion of those going out could have done good anywhere because they're naturally gifted, and that leaves others who actually need help in the form of good tuition and great study environment to achieve the minimum.
For some of you, talking about poor results and standards within certain cycles is a problem once it stares in the face of the irresponsible and stupid NPP government's fake tutelage/oversight duties.

Let's hope whichever party comes into office will acknowledge the educational challenges facing the nation, and that the administration will move quickly to tackle these challenges by eliciting the support of talented Ghanaians like the writer of this article.
