That was the focus of his argument. If the SC ruling is allowed to stay, then anytime the speaker makes a ruling someone will run to the SC to put an injection. What prevents the SC from quickly ruling on the substance case, which is interpretation of article 97(1) G&H. In any case do you, as a Prof, think article 97(1) G&H needs interpretation against the fact there has ever been a precedent? Prof Mike Quaye made a similar ruling. Did you write an article to comment on that? It is just childish politics NPP and thier cohort are playing. You see why a ducth passport is better than a Ghanain PhD? Blacks will see black and say white and when it is white they say black.

I leant that the Human Resource Manager of the company in which the husband of the woman was working before he dead advised the woman to write a petition to the Chief Justice.
The Chief Justice in her verbal response to the petition by the woman was that insurance companies have their own rules, that the woman must abide by those rules.
