  Nansins! Why do they have to compare their salaries with other sister security services? Do they do the same job? That bullcrap of equating Police ranks with that of other security services must be discontinued forthwith. Simple common sense dictates that once you do different jobs, your compensation will also be different. That situation where Police start comparing themselves to others in other security services is a moot point eg a Constable in Police is "equivalent to" something in Immigration, Customs, Fire or Prisons. I mean, how? Do they do the same jobs?
