Ato Forson should go defend his position in court for his part in duping the people of Ghana in the AMBULANCE PURCHASE case.
His 24-hour majority leadership in a phantom parliament will not alleviate him from the punishment that awaits him in the next few weeks. It's very likely his criminal conviction in this case will forever BAN him from parliament for the rest of his life.
The NDC is originally a DIABOLIC ORGANISATION.

Mr. Ekuoba, Article 97(1)(g) is explicit yet implicit in its wording. The framers may have intended otherwise, and if so, it is unfortunate. However, the meaning is clear. Moreover, there is precedent, which is also a factor to consider. While your command of the English language is notable, your argument is unclear. I am not suggesting that you are being disingenuous. If both sides agree that Article 97(1)(g) is problematic, they should take steps to amend it. These arguments and counterarguments, depending on which side one takes, aren't helpful in moving your country forward.

When Ocquaye did it, Asiamah had announced foolish and prematurely that he had QUIT the NPP and was independent, and that sealed his fate of expulsion!

If Mr. Ekuoban knows about and understands Art. 97(1)(g) and does not know that NPP fell on its own sword, then the least said about his intent the better. In
2020, the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) with its huge numbers in Parliament got the then-Speaker Mike Oquaye, to make a decision, regarding Andrew Amoako Asiamah, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Fomena by sacking him from the House, for opting to contest that year’s election as an independent candidate.
What is different today that Ekuoba calls the Speaker names?

Most of you have looted state coffers, grabbed government lands and dont want to leave power will be forced out of office if you loose the elections and want to use the courts to hang. Does this Ekuoba man know about Article 97(1)(g)? If he knows, does he understand it? If he does, does he know there was a precedent?
Habaa, Why can’t some Ghanaians for once show a bit of honesty?

Fellow Ghanaian voters please take note of the unpatriotic,anti-democracy ,anti-constitution behaviour of NDC MPs and punish them by giving NPP a massive majority to help President Dr Bawumia.
