And the folks bringing in this e-waste to dump in Ghana are corrupt and evil Ghanaians looking to cash in at the expense of the nation's ecology. Every week at Ghana's ports, port workers take bribes from Ghanaian crooks and allow this e-waste to slip into the country, and result of is the continued dumping of hazardous e-waste in Ghanaian communities, especially around Accra. Next to galamsey, the rising and unchecked dumping of e-waste in Ghana is second biggest headache Ghanaians will soon have to grapple with.
