  The destruction of our water bodies is sad and makes absolutely no sense. How can we allow people to destroy our water bodies, the very existence of our culture, nature, environment. When you visit many European countries you see such beautiful water bodies, so neat and clean that you can drink from practically, in fact you never see water issues in Europe, why? because they care about the very existence of their environment. Why must we become greedy. What Ghanians don't understand is that the water bodies are far more valuable than the gold underground. The reason being because we need the water bodies to live and survive, it provides water to drink, fish to eat, other plants to grow, all the gold on earth mean nothing if you have no food to eat or sustain for yourself. Look at China, while they are successful, they have polluted their environment to a point where as they have to import food from the rest of the world. We have many examples, how come we don't learn from our mistakes or at least the mistakes of the rest of the world. Enough with the Greed, I wish every person caught doing this was publicly wipped and then jailed for this nonsense.
