  Your Permanent Head Damage (PhD), if not checked can become more injurious to the Ghanaian society including yourself than the private investors you are trying to protect, the activities of whom, exposes the ECG to what you are crying about.
  
  You expect the regualtory body PURC, to use the black marketing rates, which are the reasons why your fellow PhD economists cannot easily arrest the exchange rate, to join in their nation wrecking activities.
  
  You should be asking the IPPs to behave like Ghanaians and sell power to the ECG in the domestic currency the cedi, and adopt highly efficient methods of preventing voltage losses, power theft and underhand dealings that put revenue collection below the actual.
  
  Think about it. Or else you will return home one day and you will not have power to write your next opinions. Capitalism without regulation is a two edged sword. It eventually cuts the owner.
