  More twaddle from a Pig-Headed Doctor.... PhD. The whole concept of ID Cards was introduced by dictator called Napoleon to suppress French workers in the 1800s. It was picked up by the leader of the then Ottoman Empire to harass his subjects. Subsequent Europe countries who fell under Napoleon picked it up to simply controls the citizens. France imposed this draconian crap on all her colonies just as Spain, Netherlands and Portugal did. Now, the French speaking countries within Ecowas who outnumber the English ones wanted the same crap. Our useless leaders fell for it with the deceptive slogan of Ghana card. ID Card never propelled Ivory Coast or Burkina into OECD status, it did gave the authorities free hand to intimidate and harass ordinary citizens. Our whole existence is under threat from galamsey and wanton destruction of our pristine forests, and we have an airy-fairy PhD holder with "Kokonte" for brains spewing absolute piffle. So, when you drink the mercury laced water from River Tano, Pra Densu etc the all conquering, powerfull ID Card will cure you from any bio hazard. God, what and educated twat!, Ohene, stop making a fool of yourself with your incessant tower of absolute tosh! CHEERS!
