The question is Ghana industrialized? The countries that have a 24-hour economy also have industries to support it. Mahama could keep our electricity on but wants a 24-hour economy. How? Talk is Cheap.

The other time I was so much surprised that the majority of our workers in the public sector don't contribute to Provident Fund.
A state employee was happy to tell me that he bought insurance that will give him 5% after he contributes for many years, whiles the insurance company local or private use his investment to buy government bond at 39% thus making profit of 25%.
You see, when a Ghanaian tells you that he lives in a democratic state that does nothing to seek his welfare, I am at a lost.
I told that worker, a teacher that if I were to be still in the civil service we should have gone on strike until the state introduce provident fund and also contribute towards it.
As most Ghanaian workers are not contributing to tier 3, which is provident fund their equals in India are contributing as much as 37% of their salary to the provident fund, with the employer contributing from 10% to 37%.
You can see that I a communist is much more emancipated than those trade union leaders who call themselves capitalist democrats.
