Our current president decided to implement it immediately after he was voted into power, which he did. There were issues. Some have been solved, others have not. It is like it is being fine-tuned! There are problems that have to be solved! That is what Mahama has been talking about. It is not a perfect system for now. What do you think about sources of funding? is it going to weigh on the economy? The economy is in crisis now! We need to brainstorm on such issues and stop being petty! Just as education has no end, its policy implementations and development has no end.So the NPP government should not think they are the only people who have all it takes to make Education in Ghana better than any other person.
