    Excellent piece with factual presentation. After reading this piece I don't see why anyone will oppose the 24 hour policy unless they are against development. So this policy is actually in London and we are here opposing it? ...

    @Kwamejazi demands can be stimulated by policies. If the policy is implemented with all its accompanying incentives, companies will get on board and the demand will follow automatically.

    I dont see what is novel about this idea. Supply creates its demand, so says SAYS LAW. The Night economy exists already in Ghana for most of the cities. In the UK, Bluewater Shopping Centre closses at night, not even in summe ...
