@Kwamejazi demands can be stimulated by policies. If the policy is implemented with all its accompanying incentives, companies will get on board and the demand will follow automatically.

The Kelewele seller will continue to sell if there is the deemand for it. Is is going to be a Presidential Edit for all shops to stay 24 hours? Is it that which is going to be new about it? I just dont get it. We have several NIGHT MARKETS dotted around the cities in Ghana. Whats going to be NEW? Are civil Servants going to run shifts? The Internet of Things 24 Hour Presence. So what it it? Me too I am asking.
