  Dr. I have a question about professionalism and communication.Most of the reputable companies will be in the Ghana Club 100 where stuff such as corporate values and codes of conduct are recognized. The problem is working for Sole proprietors(aka one man companies) and sometimes not so literate people who don't know about the importance of values and codes of conduct and keep shouting orders whether right or not is non of their business down the throat of it's workers. How can englighten employees use communication to draw their bosses attention to these good principles are ideals?
