    That person is writing to his colleague Lawyer and Lawyers don't take offense when the word "wrong" is used when there is a disagreement on views or the interpretation of the law.

    @Anso, there's nothing wrong with suggesting to a colleague or senior that he's or may be wrong in his line of argument. Additionally, telling a colleague that he/she is or may be wrong isn't an insult.

    The fact that one is a senior in a profession does not mean he has all the knowledge required in the profession. The young must grow. The Harvard scholar has been schooled with a decided case to learn from.
