  Excellent rendition, infact this is the first time am reading an article co written. That said Governments in Africa, Ghana included are mostly made up of Nananom, Niime and Naame as our former Prez JJ Rawlings affectionately calls them, don't have a very strong inclination towards what a lawyer in Ghana referred to as servant leadership style of Governance model, They are steep in traditional and i can't see that changing
