  Bright, without cheapening your analysis, I can sum it up succinctly that...... Dracula will never, ever be a good watchman at any blood bank. Just look at the way we have debased the "noble and pluralistic" idea of democracy? Our venal politicians will bribe the very agencies who are supposed to keep a watchful eye on them. Akufo Addo, was preaching "rule of law" to us, while clandestinely hiring mercenaries from South Africa to come and terrorise ordinary Ghanaians and subvert the very "rule of law" that he had been preaching. Let us get real, it will never, ever work with our venal politicians. And, the same principle is applicable to the airy-fairy "Ecu" monetary piffle which is not based on any sound economic principle. With selfless and conviction politicians dedicated to serve the interest of the populace, yes, but definitely not with the sort of blood suckers and hyenas that we have whose sole interest is to deprive the average African of the little that is supposed to improve upon his/ her life. Never!
