Anyone who can revive TOR and pay its debts within two years, take COCOBOD production to a million tons and leave Ghana High Commission in UK with over four thousand, resident Ghanaians there petitioning President Kufuor for extension of his tenure as High Commissioner is a man with a Midas touch.
