  my guy you are making noise. You can pass every law you want but without it being enforced on the higher persons in society it will be useless. We live in a society in which a poor person can steal a goat and get 20 years with hard labour but a minister can stash $1million in her house like cecilia dapaah or a person can defraud the masses like nana appiah mensah and walk around freely.
