  One would think that a new President's priority in the first months of his administration will rather focus on repairing crumbling elementary school buildings, building temporary classrooms for kids schooling under trees and providing teachers with the necessary resources to help make them execute their duties to the students. Training teachers in the use of local languages to teach students should be a long term plan and not one that requires attention within the first 100 days in office.
