ALL OTHER RANS HAVE SINCE BEEN PROMOTED. IGP PLEASE HELP. SOME CHIEF SUPOS WHO WERE DUE HAVE EITHER RETIRED OR DIED WITHOUT BEEN PROMOTED TO ACP WHEN THEY WERE DUE IN MAY LAST YEAR -2023.
