Bawumia had to ask his NPP for additional time to pick his running mate after the time for doing so by NPP by-laws had expired. To date, Bawumia is still in the same position with his running mate pick as he has been with his promise to arrest the cedi. And this is the same indecisive and clueless Aplanke Bawumia that the NPP wants to dump on Ghanaians? The NPP clearly is in desperation mode, and that desperation seems to get worse by the day. Bawumia apparently is adept at mismanaging Ghana's economy, but just has no clue as to how to go about picking his running, with two puppeteers pulling his strings from opposite ends. Bawumia wants to pick a running mate that will sit well with Otumfuo on one hand, but his Julor House boss ananse Akufo-Addo has other tricks in mind. Puppeteers Akufo-Addo and Wontumi must be having a field day pulling those strings as clueless Aplanke Bawumia quietly endures the pain of that pulling. Upon picking his running mate, Aplanke Bawumia will certainly be running his race the same way he and his Julor House government have run the country, one step forward and twenty steps backwards. And who can fault Bawumia, especially when he has to run the race on three legs?
