Organized Chinese gangs are just waiting for the Ghana government to legalize cannabis use and trade so that they can zoom in take control, just as they've done with illegal mining in Ghana. In a corrupt and crooked nation like Ghana, the gangs will control forest areas as well as other areas where cannabis is grown, and folks will be in danger if they dare try to go through such areas. Even in developed countries where cannabis growing is now legal, the Chinese gangs are having a field day terrorizing people and exercising control over the lucrative cannabis cultivation and trade. How then does Ghana combat these Chinese gangs when it can't even keep them from openly engaging in illegal mining in the Ghana? Unless a well-thought of plan is put in place before any legalization is carried out, the people of Ghana will not be beneficiaries, they'll only be subjected to more chaos and danger by armed bandits protecting crooked criminals clandestinely growing cannabis or fighting to take control over other growers.
