  Dr. Elikplim, this your piece sounds defective and at best, an ass kissing one. What is the frequency of this ring fencing since June 2023? You were up in arms and almost disengaged your services due to the inability of ECG to make regular payments and stop the backlog of debts owed IPPs. It was on this strength that ECG doubled their efforts in going after defaulters.
  
  What happened thereafter? Instead of ECG to sustain the exercise and keep ring fencing that agreed sum monthly, they went on a spending spree by supplying motorbikes to the police, a complete misplaced priority at the time for which they received public backlash, throwing off the Cash Waterfall Mechanism/Model into a downward spiral.
  
  To crown it all, their recently audited books by PriceWaterHouse, showed gross financial mismanagement and impropriety without ethical commitments to their creditors, chiefly IPPs for which you head as CEO. So what sort of PR spin campaign are you doing for the ECG MD? Stop this and speak truthfully. Ah ba!
