It was on this strength that ECG doubled their efforts in going after defaulters.
What happened thereafter? Instead of ECG to sustain the exercise and keep ring fencing that agreed sum monthly, they went on a spending spree by supplying motorbikes to the police, a complete misplaced priority at the time for which they received public backlash, throwing off the Cash Waterfall Mechanism/Model into a downward spiral.
To crown it all, their recently audited books by PriceWaterHouse, showed gross financial mismanagement and impropriety without ethical commitments to their creditors, chiefly IPPs for which you head as CEO.
