  Ghana is a nation of contradictions, reverse and absurdities.
  Russia has not had a housing deficit since the 1930s and it's something that those in the west envy.
  In the 1960s Ghana had a Prefabricated Panel Factory which was dashed to us by the then Soviet Union.
  It's the same technology that the Russian Federal Republic has been using to build houses.
  In the 1950s it was five story buildings and in the 1960s it was fifteen story buildings.
  Four years ago all the fifteen story building in Moscow and other cities in Russia have now been transformed into 25 stories.
  The west is not efficient with building construction because of the acake technology they use.
