I strongly disagree with Mr. Dela Coffie that JM partnering someone from the Ashanti region will increase NDC votes in the region. I have lived in the Ashanti region since 1995. The Ashantis HATE NDC to the core and selecting their own as a running mate will not change NDC's fortunes. If NDC wants they can even make the Otumfuo the presidential candidate Ashantis will never vote him.
The votes NDC gets from the region are from the settlers especially the northerners and Ewes there and not the Ashantis.
NDC should maximise their votes in their strongholds and also make sure the non-ashantis are encouraged to turn out massively on election day to vote NDC. I advise the leadership not to make a mistake by choosing any ashanti as a running mate. Afterall ashantis do not like the party why should one of them be selected and for who to vote him or her?

I have heard from many, many, many Ashatis who can't wait for the elections to be held today so they can show the NPP where they stand?
Are Ashantis immune to the current hardships?
Hell NO.
Jake, it is you who HATE ASHANTIS to your marrow.....
You are the ones who scare Ashantis into the arms of the Kyebi Mafia....

How did NDC record 30% under JJ regime in a Ashanti region but now recording a lower percentage while the country is experiencing population growth. Are the settlers not also given birth or migration to Ashanti has stopped. Better strategy to change this narrative need to be employed than a mere say that Ashanti's hate NDC.

So what value did she add? Nothing. She has no presence on the ground, has no understanding of the economy, and can't bring any votes from the Ashanti region, so what is the point of having her? Ashanti produces more votes for the NDC than 8 of its strong holds and you want us to bring a dead horse from the central region who couldn't bring us more votes from her home town? No thank you.

THE NDC IS MAKING SOME WEIRD DECISIONS koraaaaa.
The NPP is so weak that the coming elections SHOULD have been SIGNED, SEALED and DELIVERED.
But Asiedu Nketiah is making it more difficult than it should be.....

this is true strategic thinking
Bawumiah has adopted an all-hands-on-deck, no spectator strategy
as for the NDC, they think they have won already so they can do anything
