The election is between a visionary leader with plans to transform the fortunes of Ghana. Mahama is very corrupt with many unsolved scandals hanging around his neck like a "BLING". Bawumia, on the other hand, isn't corrupt and he's abreast with the changing times of our electronic world that we live now. When you read the 72 bold policies he presented as part of the plans he has for Ghana, it tells of a man with a vision. Mahama has been a president before and there's not much to write home about. The developmental projects he did, like circle Dubai, Terminal 3, Ridge Hospital, UGMC etc came with highly inflated costs. $374 million was the cost of 3-tier circle Dubai, whilst 4-tier Pokuase interchange cost only $98.4 million. The difference is mind-boggling. NPP constructed 4 interchanges throughout Ghana at the cost of $280 million compared to only one by NDC at a cost of $274 million. So, Mahama's developmental projects are not reasonable value for money projects. Bawumia is being tagged a a LIAR by NDC but I will choose a LIAR over a leader known to be extremely corrupt.

KOFI USA ... we will rather have Mahama than Bawumia. Give us account of Bawumia's vice presidency. A failed VP will be a failed president .
Not to think of his lies. Why didn't he implement any of those things he puts on the table now? why can't he cut the betting taxes etc now? He is leading Ghana's economy team, so once the economy has failed, he has failed too.

When did Bawumia start having visions? After he and the Mother Serpent of Corruption's lies and unfulfilled promises or when he realized he was only an APLANKE to Akufo Addo, his Family and Friends?

We accept NDC's tag of Bawumia as a liar. At least, they didn't say he's corrupt simply because he is not. If Bawumia is corrupt, that would've been the first thing NDC points out. As VP, Bawumia doesn't call shots in the party. He's only permitted to do projects approved by the President. So, he cannot be wholly responsible for deeds of NPP. Who, in their right mind will vote for a known corrupt leader with many scandals over someone who's not corrupt but tagged as a liar? Personally, I will choose a liar over a corrupt person. Lies can't break the country's coffers but corruption can do severe damage to an economy. So, Bawumia is the better choice out of the two ... he's young, ambitious, visionary and practical with his digital approach. He will fight corruption in Ghana better than Mahama through digitization. Any leader who doesn't see digitization as the way forward, is short-sighted.

Saa Isaac Ofori gyimifo) yi aa biom! Kwasia you want us to give Ghana to Bawumiah who cannot defend his own record in 8 years? Bawumiah who cannot even stand the sound of his own words being played back at him? Mahama is a gem, fools like you did not and will never understand his vision because he is decades ahead of you. Mahama launched the metro card and ayalolo bus in 2014, it has taken bawumiah 10 years in 2024 to understand this. Such a visionless and deceptive Bawumiah is not fit to be anywhere close to power. He is wise only in the sight of fools like Isaac Ofori.

This is a very good article which clearly articulates what is at hand for our country. I have indicated in so many writes up,that this election is about the future of our beloved country moving forward with the global industrialization and digitalization agenda,or going back to dumsour and 'nkokobuo nketenkete' Mahama has been a Vice President,a substancial President and we are all witnesses to what we went through. No electricity, teachers and nurses hiring freezed, doctors using their cell phone lights to operate patients at the hospitals, and above all coming out to say that he is not GOD to solve all our problems. We have seen his administration, what he is capable of doing, very incompetent and arrogant. Is that what we want now? The Presidency is not an experiment,we have tried him and he failed woefully. We need someone with a vision who will move Ghana into the new world, digitalization and Industrialization.GHANAIANS should forget about party affiliations and vote for a visionary man who will take us into the promise land.

The fact is it has to well work out to produce more and enable the economy forward moving
its makes lots of senses than your thinking power.... imagining you have to jobs a 5 hours a job and you have two jobs your total work hours are 10 hours a day as compared to 8 hours a day plus you become more efficient because you don't report late like many Ghanaians do to work, then in hours you are off on your way to your second job.. you work more and stop the normal lazy back-home workers... You also make more money that way.. you can even work three days and three days elsewhere Does this sound sense to you?? being more productive?

all we need to do is increase our hourly work harbit to produce more at home and stop importing this AI and digitalization theory.. we are not there yet ... it's foolish thinking at this moment we are sticking
I remember during Kuffour's time almost every Ghanaian knew about the word infrastructure....
so strange the slogan became the vernacular of the day yet people did not know what that meant... did we ever use that word and Kits meaning to reflect on Ghana's development??
the same stupid idea here again we are,... thinking about digitization without a production base economy
You are bringing Abroakyie to Ghana?? how can a PhD say this? only a Ghanaian to jump and expect abroakyie style will be in Ghana by Bawiamiumia and he will fail again and lie to us he isn't responsible

So you spent your time writing this article to paint a failed fake guru economist Bawumia as a man with a vision, knowing damn well that Bawumia has worked for the past seven years with his Julor House NPP nation-wrecking crew to loot and mismanage Ghana's economy? If this incompetent Aplanke Bawumia had any ounce of vision, he would not have participated in crafting senseless tax laws that negatively impacted Ghanaians, then when he becomes NPP's 3-legged race horse he tries to distance himself from that tax fiasco while lying that he will scrap those laws if Ghanaians make the mistake of electing him President. Bawumia surely isn't a man with any vision, he's a failed Vice-President who has helped his incompetent government to collapse Ghana's economy, and he deserves to join his boss Akufo-Addo in retirement and spare Ghanaians from more NPP looting, mismanagement, neglect and hardship.

Mr. Isaac Ofori, the lack of honesty is hindering the progress of our nation. While you've outlined both successes and shortcomings of John Mahama’s administration, raising doubts about whether his return to power can address the current challenges, you've also lavished praise on Mahamadu Bawumia's candidacy. However, you've neglected to acknowledge his involvement in the poor performance of the current government, considering his roles as a cabinet member, advisor, and Vice President.
