  Yes!! I have always maintained that Ghanaians are big COWARDS. The country now lacks Real Men to be blunt. Most are living on Ill-gotten wealth from unexplained sudden wealth. From corrupt Political practices involving cronies, drug barons, bank robberies armed robberies blatant thievery of State funds and property, non payment of Taxes, Galamsey operations smuggling, ,racketeering ,money laundering and illegal printing of currency , cheating and corrupt practices at our harbours and ports , you name it. Because The whole damned country is at it we have all behaved like gaping sycophants which unfortunately encouraged the government to unfortunately behave in various inappropriate ways. The whole citizens have now developed some unusual or strange insatiable appetite of quick buck mentality without any real cares. Unfortunately the government has totally failed us.

  Your call is in order especially, when we do it appropriately. However, always try not to insight Ghanaians to do what is not a genuine course. Ghanaians are naturally calm and gentle, and that doesn't mean we don't have to act, if genuinely we have to.
  
  You didn't tell us about International laws govervening international procurements, and for that matter, the deal was ill-staged.
  You didn't tell the $9.00 difference is/was truly as a result of the process (the middle-man) or it was a lie. You didn't tell about why a middle-man was used. Is it even allowed for such deals, considering the circumstances that surrounded it at the Time? Is it legally or procedurally wrong to depend on middle-men for certain deals?
  
  Ghana's procurements law mandates public institutions to procure goods and services, capped at a certain value, without approvals from certain authorities, and for that matter, the Ministry breached the law or not. Did we find out about this?
  
  Sole-sourcing is allowed in certain contracts especially, depending on the urgency of the deal or the contract, and that, did not need Parliamentary approval, as well as Cabinet. Did we investigate to ascertain the facts?
  
  For Cabinet, yes. The President and some members will definitely have knowledge of the deal but bypassed it because of the urgency of it. Maybe Constitutionally wrong but morally right.
  
  Remember the country needed it badly.
  Remember the International politics that surrounded it at the time.
  Do we remember Pope Benedict's statement about fairness during the time?
  
  Corruption doesn't mean everything all the time has corrupt act imbeded in them. Corruption perception.
  
  Your article could've served us better, should you have investigated thoroughly, and given us a piece that needed almost no questions.
  
  The Sea Port! Well! I do not have details of that but I do not think it will be out of place, should Ghana have a port in Keta, which is not far from the Ocean or Sea.
  I know about a Sea defence project, I think within the Ketu South District at Keta, though.

  All these politicians look for the loopholes and take advantage of the system.
  I guess it's time for us as a nation to take a critical review of the constitution and how we want to go, until then God should have mercy on us.
