Very nice article, I know that nurses and midwives diagnosis are meant to relief the patients of only the signs and symptoms and to prevent further injuries without tackling the main cause of the disease so I Second that physician assistant to be sent to the rural areas to diagnose medically as the article said or nurses and midwives there should undergo some form of training to carry out such duties.
