    Yes they can. There 's an active Traditional warrant for the arrest of Ampaw. He better turn himself in to the Traditional Council or else the Traditional Council will have Antoa find Ampaw and bring him to justice, Tradition ...

    Pack in our booklong logic, massa. Chiefs summon their subjects all the time and they have traditional authority and right to do so.

    Most of them are semi/uneducated crooks, selling the same lands to multiple clients, taking bribes, snatching peoples' wives, irresponsible- and the list goes on.
