  Arts must not be a dressed chicken as was portrayed in the Magazine "Sputnik" during the time of perestroika.
  The fact to be told to Russians is that western socioeconomic and sociopolitical engagement has not transformed, thus it continue as it was during the period of inquisition, transatlantic slave trade and colonization.
  It is called neocolonialism. European and American neoliberals engage with other people as their inquisition, transatlantic slave traders and colonialists relate to them.
  They see us as just things and not human beings that demand respect.
