Technical Services Manager of AngloGold dies in gory accident
The mangled vehicle of Mr Osei Boakye after the accident
News reaching MyNewsGh.com reveal that the Technical Services Manager of AngloGold, Obuasi, Mr. Kwabena Osei Boakye has died in a gory accident.
The incident according to close sources, happened on Saturday night while he was driving through the Obuasi-Fomena road.
It is gathered that a trailer carrying iron beams lost control and drove into his lane to crush his vehicle.
The body has since been deposited at a health facility in the area pending autopsy.
Mr. Kwabena Osei Boakye is a former student of University of Mines and Technology (UMaT)
Before travelling back to Ghana to settle, he worked with Barrick Gold and Newmont Gold in Nevada, USA
