Social media users jump to Wendy Shay’s defence after interview walk out

First, it was musician KiDi, and the news flew all over, making the headlines on many media platforms. Whilst some sympathised with the artiste, others sided with the show host, Nana Romeo.

Today, it is RuffTown signee’s Wendy Shay. On the same mid-morning show, ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’ on Accra FM. This time, the host sought to probe into the Shay Gang Queen’s relationship life with her manager, Bullet.

“I came here to talk about my new song, and to promote my music so I don’t know why you are asking me these questions,” Miss shay said.

But the host was insistent; “the fact that you are here to promote your music doesn’t mean you can determine what questions we should ask,” he said.

It didn’t end there. The host decided to push for a response from the musician, using some evidence he claims to have in his possession as bait.

The move didn’t go down too well with Miss Shay who respectfully expressed her displeasure, apologised to her fans, followers, and listeners, and walked out of the studios, abruptly ending the interview.

Some Ghanaians as usual, have taken to twitter to ‘tell their minds’, most of them bashing the host of the show for exhibiting gross unprofessionalism and disrespect for the female artiste.
