Medikal is the best rapper in Ghana - Kelvyn Boy

Burniton Music signee and Dancehall artist, Kelvyn Boy, has said on record that Medikal is the best rapper in Ghana and Ghanaians need to give high regard to that fact.

The Afrobeat young musician took into account that when it comes to rap in this nation, Medikal’s lyrical abilities are the ultimate and cannot be debated.

“As it stands, he is the best rapper unless you tell me that VGMA is bogus,” he declared this to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM in an interview today Friday.

The talented musician cited the fact that Medikal won the Best Rapper during the 20th anniversary of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards this year.

The AMG rapper won against lyrical gurus like Sarkodie, M.anifest, Teephlow, and Obibini.

Kelvyn Boy stated that he has a strong relationship with the two rappers and thereby would not side with anyone when it comes to the beef that lies between the two.

He gave an example to buttress his relationship with the two citing some of the works he came out with them. He said that he collaborated with Medikal on “Toffee” and “Crazy for you with Strongman”.

Amidst the accusation that he disrespected Wendy Shay, the Dancehall artist still gave the recognition that she was the “Best New Artist” in Ghana even though he lost to her at the VGMAs.

Kelvyn boy believes that it is insecurities that led bullet to clap at him on social media after the alleged rebuff.

The son of Stonebwoy stated again categorically that, if he has no problem with Wendy Shay and even “if I am going to beef, I’m not going beef with a woman.”
