Ghanaian actress Hinanit Opoku blames mediocre producers

New and young actress and commercial model Hinanit Opoku has said one of the major challenges she has to deal with in Ghana’s movie industry is mediocre movie producers.

According to her, they are always bent on lowering standards and quality in filmmaking to save the cost of production. This, she cited, is part of the reasons the movie industry is still struggling.

Touching on some of the challenges she has encountered so far in her career and how she overcame them, she said, “Mediocrity. Some movie producers want you to lower your quality and standards, just to save them the cost of production. In the long run, my team and I insist that the right things are done for the benefit of the production and our brand.”

Hinanit Opoku is one of Ghana’s most trendy actresses who is making it to the top swiftly.

She has over time distinguished herself one of Ghana’s public figure with styles and has been consistent with her trendy styles on the red carpet. She has, so far, featured in about 30 movies including TV series, sitcoms and short movies.
