Samini releases video for 'My Own'

Here are visuals for Samini’s latest reggae song My Own, which he recently performed at the at 2017 Pan-African Weekend Fest which came off in New York City.

A DJ Frass Records & Highgrade Family project, it comes off the foot of other successful records as Mi Sumor Bo (ft. Wisa), Winner, and Xposed.

The video was jointly- directed by Note Work, Samini, Tenda Baba Maraire.

Frontman of the High Grade Family (which is also home to Kofi Kinaata), Samini is author of 6 studio albums: Dankwasere (2004), Samini (2007), Dagaati (2008), C.E.O (2010), Next Page (2013), and Breaking News (2015).

He’s recipient of several honours including a 2006 MOBO for Best African Act, a 2009 MAMA for Best Performer, a Channel O award, as well as multiple GMA and BASS awards.
